This Trofimoff Cognac Cake is a picture I got in an email. I had to put it on my site...I just couldn't believe what an amazind cake it is.
I took a class at Wilton working with fondant, but I don't think I am up to this level of cake designing yet. Believe me, as soon as I am I will post those pictures too.
