Shrimp Ears Recipe For Your Next Halloween Party
Serve Shrimp Ears at you kids next Halloween Party. This is one of those kids Halloween party recipes that has everyone talking about it until next year! And then they all hope you make it again. This is how you make these shrimp ears. You will need:
1 pound Medium to large peeled shrimp
1/4 Pound of small peeled shrimp
1 head of garlic, peeled and chopped
2 teaspoons of rosemary
Salt, Pepper and Lemon juice for taste
Take the larger shrimp and stretch slightly, add smaller shrimp to the circled side of the larger shrimp and tooth pick the two together.
Fry about 3 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and Garlic and saute until the garlic is tender, this will be about 15 minutes.
Add the rosemary and cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
Take the shrimp and salt and pepper each side, then cook in the butter, until pink and cook all the way through this will be about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Place on a platter and there you have shrimp that look like human ears!
