Recipes for Mango Salsa

This is how I make Mango Salsa. I've put my two favorite recipes for mango salsa here. They are very similar.

They are both easy and quick Mexican recipes and both are delicious!

1. Mango Salsa Recipe #1

1 Mango
Peel, seed and chop your mango

1 Jalapeno Pepper
seed and chop well

1/2 Red Onion
diced

Fresh Cilantro Leaves
4-6 stems or 2-3 tablespoons

Lemon Juice or Lime Juice
1 tablespoon

Combine and mix well. Cover and refrigerate.



2. Mango Salsa Recipe #2

Same as above plus

1 Avocado
peeled and diced

1/2 Green Pepper
diced

Mix together well. Cover and refrigerate.

These are both really delicious and you can add some salt and pepper if you use them.
