Recipe For Chocolate Brownies

My favorite Recipe for Chocolate Brownies is an easy brownie recipe. I like easy brownie recipes, but I also want them to be delicious!

I enjoy baking but don't want an extremely long and detailed recipe. I also like to eat what I bake so it better be good! Here's the easy recipe for chocolate brownies:

Take one regular sized box of fudge chocolate brownie mix
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup of milk
1/2 a cup of walnuts, chopped
1 cup of milk chocolate frosting

Mix them all together and follow the box directions about what size pan to use and greasing the pan. Then just bake according to the box.
It's usually at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Check the brownies with a toothpick or a knife to see if they are done.

That wasn't too difficult, was it? It does taste great, doesn't it? I also like to top my brownies with icing and Andes Mints. I melt the mints and drizzle them over the top of the icing. They look really pretty if you use the green mints.

There are other frostings you can use, so if you don't like the mint icing, go to our frosting ideas page and find one that you will enjoy. Frostings can be made with cream, cream cheese or sour cream. You can also just sprinkle the tops with some confectioners sugar...or eat them plain!
