Pico de Gallo

Of all the Quick Mexican Recipes for Salsa my favorite one is Pico de Gallo. It is very easy to make and it tastes fresh and delicious.



1 pound Tomatoes, remove the seeds and chop them up
1/2 cup chopped Onion
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoons fresh Lime Juice
2 Jalapeno Chili Peppers remove the seed and dice them
1 garlic cloves, mince up
1/2 Cucumber chopped up

If you don't like Jalapeno Chili Peppers you can use Serrano Chili Peppers instead. Jalapeno Peppers are very spicy (hot)!

Just mix everything together. Wash your hands after touching the Jalapeno Peppers or they can burn your eyes. Jalapenos are very hot.

Put in the refrigerator for awhile and then serve this with Tortilla Chips.
