One Eyed Monster Fondant Icing Cupcake Topper

Look at this little One Eyed Monster Fondant Icing Cupcake Topper. It is so cute, it is easy to make, it is made from my marshmallow fondant recipe so it is tasty and it is perfect for any little monster party theme or a Halloween party.

If you want to make one like this just make up my marshmallow fondant recipe and get out some food coloring so you can dye the fondant the colors you need. You can use the same ones that are in this picture or create a color scheme of your own.

The nose and mouth were made with a toothpick. The eye is an oval white fondant shape and the pupil is a black fondant circle shape. The blue head is a pear shaped piece of blue fondant.

Now that sounds easy enough, doesn't it? Go ahead and try to make one of your own. I am sure it will come out looking monsterous...cute, but monsterous!
