Mexican Cheese Dip Recipe

I love this easy Mexican Cheese Dip Recipe.


All you have to do is get 1 pound of Velveta Cheese and a jar of your favorite Salsa. The large jar I use is 10 ounces.

I just heat the Cheese in my double boiler until it melts and then stir in the Salsa. I like to put in some Chili Peppers too!

The peppers make it nice and spicy. I serve this with Nacho Chips.
