Jack-O-Lantern Cheese Ball Halloween Snack Recipe

My Favorite Halloween Snack Recipe is Jack-O-Lantern Cheese Ball. This is a simple snack to make, both kids and adults like it and it is decorative food for Halloween.
Ingredients for the cheese ball:
4 8-oz. packets of cream cheese (softened)
1 16-oz. package of ham lunchmeat (chopped)
1/2 tsp. of Garlic Salt
4 green onions (chopped)
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
2 American cheese slices
Two or three mint leaves
Mix the first five ingredients together. Spray a round cake pan with cooking spray (if you happen to have the Wilton Jack-O-Lantern cake pan, you can use it).
Press the cheese mixture into the pan and refrigerate it for about 30 minutes.
Set the pan in warm water for little bit and then turn it over to release the cheese ball. You might have to use a butter knife to loosen the edges
Sprinkle paprika lightly and evenly all over the round creation. Use the slices of cheese to make the eyes and mouth of the jack-o-lantern.
Put the mint leaves at the top where the stem should be.
Voila! Now you have Jack-O-Lantern cheese which makes a great centerpiece until snack time.
It is great served with crackers and Witch's Brew and it will be the hit of your Halloween party.
