Candies
Wafer Ice Cream Cones
Unfrosted, Regular Sized Cupcakes
Unfrosted Mini Cupcakes
Cupcake Frosting
Sprinkles
An Offset Spatula or a Butter Knife
Video Instructions to Make Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes
Now here are the instructions written out for you.
First fill the wafer ice cream cone with candy...fill it about half way.
Take the liners off your cupcakes.
Put some frosting on the top of your cupcake.
Put the cupcake upside down (yes, frosting side into the ice cream cone) into the ice cream cone.
Now frost the top of the cupcake.
Put a mini cupcake upside down on the top of your cupcake.
Frost the entire top of your ice cream cone.
Use your offset spatula or your butter knife to make the frosting look like soft serve ice cream.
