Here is the cute little blue whale paper plate craft project I made. It is cute as can be and was really simple to make. You can see what shapes you need to make it and cut them out. You can also buy a kids craft kit that will make 12 of these cute little blue whales at the Oriental Trading Company.
Here is what you will get with the kit: 12 small blue paper plates, 12 whale's tale foam cut outs, 12 whale's fins, 12 eyes and 12 ribbons so you can make a hanger to hang your arts and craft project up. You might need glue...but lots of these kits use self-stick cut out pieces.
