Homemade Black Bean Salsa

Homemade Black Bean Salsa is very easy to make and it's quick too. Nothing beats the taste of your own homemade salsa, and my favorite is this Black Bean recipe...here it goes:


3 (15 ounce) cans black beans
Make sure you drain and rinse the black beans
1 (15 ounce) can Mexican-style corn
Make sure to drain any liquid from the corn
2 (10 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, partially drained (I use Rotelli Brand)
2 tomatoes that you have diced
1 small green onion that you have chopped
10 cilantro stems and leaves that you have chopped

Mix all the ingredients together. Refrigerate until you are ready to serve. Enjoy!
