Eileen's Quick Mexican Dip Recipe
by Eileen
(New Jersey)
I use quick Mexican recipes all the time! They are so easy to prepare and my party guests love them. This is one of my favorite dip recipes... 1 can of Beef Chili Soup 1 jar of Salsa 1 onion chopped up 1 small can of sliced Black Olives 1 package of Cheddar Cheese shredded or diced(about 8 ounces) 1 package of Monterety Jack Cheese shredded or diced (about 8 ounces)
Mix the soup and salsa together in a mixing bowl and then pour it into a baking dish. Top with the onions and olives and put the cheeses on top.
Bake it until the cheese on top is melted. That should take about 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
I sometimes use Velvetta cheese instead of the Cheddar...it makes it very creamy!
Serve with Nacho Chips while it's hot!
