Edward Anthony Masen Cullen is our favorite Vampire's full name. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on June 20,1901.

Who were Edward's parents?

Edward's parents were Edward and Elizabeth Masen. They died in the Spanish Influenza outbreak in 1918.

How did Edward become a Vampire?

He was changed into a Vampire by Carlisle Cullen, a doctor who was treating him during the outbreak. Edward was on the verge of dying when Carlisle decided to save him. Carlisle was swayed by Elizabeth Masen, who begged Carlisle to save her son as she lay dying.

In his human life Edward had green eyes. He now has the black/amber eyes of a Vampire. Edward is quite tall, standing at 6'2" and his physical appearance is always described as beautiful.

He meets Bella Swan during his junior year at High School in the town of Forks, Washington, where he lives with his family...Dr. Carlisle Cullen, Esme Cullen, Rosalie, Emmett, Alice and Jasper.
