How To Make Scary Gory Creepy Edible Eyeballs

Make Scary Eyeballs for your party guests to eat. What these scary eyeballs really are...is Deviled Eggs with a sliced black olive in the middle. Not really to scary when you say it that way, are they? Here's what you need:

  • Hard-boiled Eggs...Peeled and Cut lenthwise in Half
  • Mayonnaise
  • Sliced Black Olives
  • Relish or Mustard(Or your favorite Deviled Egg recipe
Scoop the yolks out and put them in a bowl.
Mash them up with a masher or a fork until they are nice and smooth.
For six eggs use about ¼ cup of mayo. Add a little more to the mix if it's too dry. You want the mixture to be creamy, but not runny. Add some mustard or relish (just a little) Mix well.

Scoop the egg yolk mix into each of the egg whites and put an olive slice on top of each one, or push a whole olive into the yolk mix if you like. Keep your scary eyeballs the refrigerator until you are ready to serve them.
You can take a paint brush, or a tooth pick and draw red lines on the yolk mixture in the egg. That will make it look like a blood shot eye with veins in it.
