All you need are:

  • 2 sizes of Paper Plates
  • Colored Foam Sheets or Construction Paper
  • Cotton Balls
  • Twisty Ties
  • Googly Eyes
  • Glue
  • Safety Scissors
  • Pipe Cleaners

Use the smaller paper plate as a snowman head and glue it to the larger sized plate. Let it dry. While it's drying cut up your colored papers. Cut two mittens out of red paper, a blue half moon shape to use as a hat for your snowman, an orange carrot shaped piece, a mouth and some boots from black paper. Glue the twisty tie to the back of head area. Glue on your boots, glue the pipe cleaners onto the back of the plate and then glue the mittens on to the ends.
