Black Beans and Mango Salsa Recipe

This is an easy Mexican Salsa recipe. I think it's a nice looking dish, but then most Mexican Food is very colorful.

2 large Mangos chop them up
1/2 cup Red Onion, chop them up
1 can Black Beans, rinse and drain
1/2 cup freshly chopped Cilantro
2 Jalapeno Pepper, remove the seeds and chop them into fine pieces
2 Tablespoons of Lime Juice

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it well. Let it sit in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or over night. Get some Nacho or Tortilla Chips and your all ready to serve it.
