Black Bean Corn Salad

Here's my submission to Black Bean Salad Recipes!
It's a Black Bean Corn Salad and it's one of my favorite Mexican recipes. It's quick and easy to prepare. I like to eat it by itself, or sometimes I serve it over rice with some diced tomatoes on top of it. Hope you enjoy it!

This is a good recipe for a Black Bean Corn Salad. It's easy to make and good to eat.
1 can of Black Beans
rinse and drain
1 can of Niblets Corn
drained
1 tablespoon Lime Juice
1 Clove of Garlic
1/2 chopped Red Onion
1/2 chopped/seeded Green Pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons of Cilantro chopped
Add salt and pepper if you like.
Put everything in a bowl, mix it up and put it in your refigerator for a couple of hours. My family always enjoys this tasty bean and corn salad.
